In the role of Operations Intern, you will play a key role in the effective management of our facilities and the seamless conduct of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include grasping the details of facility management, managing different operational elements, and guaranteeing outstanding experiences for our clients and visitors. This position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on individual who is enthusiastic about making a substantial impact in a lively and fast-moving setting, with a primary focus on operational tasks.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

As an Operations Intern, you will gain practical experience in managing and optimizing operations within a dynamic innovation hub and coworking space. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workspace for our members. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to learn and develop in the field of operations and facility management.

Potential responsibilities will include:

• Support the community team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Assist in various small-scale projects connected with operations and facility management.

• Provide occasional on-site assistance during events to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for participants.

• Begin the day early on certain occasions to organize and replenish supplies in the center for clients.

• Assist in setting up and arranging office spaces for rent.

• Offer support at the reception as required.

ABOUT YOU

You are a proficient English user,enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills. Not afraid of challenges and adjusting your approach depending on situations and context.

More specifically, as our ideal candidate, you are:

• Enrolled in MBO/HBO, focused on Facility Management, Hospitality, or Business.

• Flexible, proactive approach and customer oriented.

• Eager to learn more about event management and hospitality.

• Passionate for creating a vibrant and inclusive community within a coworking space.

• Available at least 4 days per week. 

• Able to communicate both in Dutch and English.

OUR OFFER

• Compensation is €500 gross per month based on 32 working hours per week.
