The Systems & Network Engineer will ensure network reliability, security, and scalability, managing physical access controls, monitoring traffic, and collaborating with vendors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting networks, documenting systems, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact at CIC Rotterdam: manage reception, greet guests, handle mail/packages, support Events and Sales with bookings, maintain a tidy front desk, handle client requests, work solo and with the community team, and take on ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth campus operations.

Lead Venture Café Fukuoka and CIC events from concept through execution and evaluation. Design innovative programs, expand participant acquisition, analyze digital engagement data, improve the Thursday Gathering, and strengthen collaboration across the innovation ecosystem. The role coordinates stakeholders, delegates team responsibilities, works with the Director and Program Manager, and creates scalable program blueprints for coordinators. Strong English and Japanese communication, event management, community building, and data-informed program design are required.

Provide day-to-day member support and maintain community operations at CIC Cambridge. Responsibilities include member relations, onboarding, office and event setup, supply management, front desk coverage, and organizing community events. Collaborate with teams on special projects and assist other operations locations as needed.

Provide on-site community operations support at CIC Rotterdam: respond to client requests, maintain facilities and supplies, support front desk and onboarding, assist with events, and lead small operational projects to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.

The Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations, manages a small team, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports financial process improvements. Role includes handling multi-entity accounting and compliance while collaborating with the Finance Director and global teams.

Support the Founder by managing calendar and inbox, planning complex international travel, maintaining commitments and briefings, researching opportunities, stewarding senior relationships, operating the podcast and media tasks, and building AI-driven systems to automate work and preserve institutional memory. Embedded at a CIC campus and occasionally coordinating across time zones and travel-focused periods.

Provide high-trust executive support to the Founder: manage calendar and inbox, plan complex international travel, maintain systems for commitments and briefings, steward senior relationships, support podcast and media operations, and build AI-enabled systems to automate routine work and preserve institutional memory.

Support daily accounting and reporting: process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports; assist reconciliations; prepare month-/year-end documentation; support statutory reporting and audits while learning accounting practices in an international finance team.

Coordinate and execute the weekly Thursday Gathering and related events: manage speakers, setup/breakdown, ambassadors, partners, and program logistics. Curate workshops, maintain community hospitality, mitigate risks, liaise with global Venture Cafe counterparts, and support ARIA and ecosystem partners to deliver engaging event experiences.

Partner with Japan (and future Korea) leadership to deliver strategic HR: talent acquisition, leadership coaching, performance management, compensation, payroll oversight, employee relations under Japanese labor law, HR analytics, and regional HR coordination.

Lead CIC Japan's marketing strategy across Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka. Develop go-to-market plans for new centers, oversee digital and offline campaigns, manage budgets and agencies, drive lead generation and CRM-based nurturing, report market insights, and lead annual business planning and KPIs.
