Your first mission:

• Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today
• Help  to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows
• Help to develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation, making use of AI where applicable
• Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable

After that:

• You’ll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company — supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks
• Get insides in cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams
• Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems
• Help us scale with excellence, not chaos

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
• First work experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, comparable fast-paced working environments or in the healthcare industry
• Credible appearance and convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external stakeholders
• Tactful, mature communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Full working proficiency in German and English
