Job Summary

Step into a role where your expertise directly shapes the success of a cutting‑edge facility. As the Operations Interface Manager, you’ll be the driving force that connects Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering with project managers and partners—leading system testing and guiding the transition from construction through startup into full operational readiness. This is your chance to make a visible impact, champion operational excellence, and help design the future of plant performance.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will oversee daily testing and startup activities across systems and construction teams while developing the plant’s operating, maintenance, and work control program elements. You’ll serve as the central point of contact for project management and design teams, ensuring operating and maintenance philosophies are fully integrated into plant design, testing, and construction. Your work includes reviewing technical plans, drawings, schedules, and documents to provide operational insight; preparing and validating system modifications for turnover; and stepping in for the Process Area Manager or Senior Shift Supervisor when needed. You will create multi‑organization procedures aligned with the Plant License Application, support and facilitate training and drills, and coordinate execution of system test plans—possibly acting as Test Coordinator—to verify functionality and compliance with system requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing change evaluations, driving Operations and Maintenance readiness efforts, developing staffing plans and budgets, and proposing or implementing procedure updates necessary to advance mission objectives within license requirements.
