As a Senior Associate of Product Marketing and Customer Success at JPMorganChase within the Digital Channels team, you will support day-to-day partnership with lines of business, helping align digital capabilities to business goals and contributing to adoption and value realization efforts. You will assist in defining value propositions, supporting intake and prioritization processes, coordinating enablement resources, and tracking post-launch performance. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow their product marketing and partner management skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Job responsibilities
- Support ongoing understanding of line of business priorities, success metrics, and performance gaps to help identify opportunities for digital capability alignment
- Assist in serving as a point of contact for line of business stakeholders, helping represent their needs within Digital Channels and contributing to key communications
- Contribute to go-to-market alignment for digital initiatives by helping translate strategy into partner-facing materials and incorporating line of business feedback
- Help track and report on goals and key results (OKRs), providing regular visibility into progress and outcomes for stakeholders
- Support strategic planning efforts by gathering competitive insights, coordinating analytics partnerships, and contributing to innovation forums
- Assist in managing stakeholder communications on behalf of Digital Channels, helping build trust and consistently articulating the Digital Channels value story
- Help maintain a prioritized line of business backlog by documenting current and future work and supporting roadmap integration across teams
- Participate in intake and requirements processes with Performance Marketing by documenting use cases, clarifying requirements, and ensuring submissions are complete and accurate
- Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks and coordinate product demos to support capability rollout and partner readiness
- Monitor post-launch adoption and performance metrics, contributing to reporting on business impact in partnership with program management as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on product management concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Demonstrated ability to support execution within the product development lifecycle, including familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional workstreams
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs simultaneously
- Experience contributing to operational effectiveness initiatives with a focus on reducing friction and improving measurable outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries, action plans, and stakeholder-ready materials
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience supporting key performance indicator tracking, performance reporting, and data-informed storytelling
- Experience contributing to enablement resources such as playbooks, training materials, or product demos that support adoption and partner readiness
