The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources teams supporting Pierce Bradenton and Frontline Communications Fabrications in Bradenton, FL. This position partners closely with site leadership to deliver HR programs and solutions that attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The Human Resources Manager serves as the HR leader for our growing manufacturing operations of more than 1,000 team members while reporting directly to the HR Director. This role is based on site in Bradenton, FL and requires regular travel to the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, FL providing support across both locations.
YOUR IMPACT:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals by fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that empowers team members, supports their professional growth, and builds organizational capability.
Support the business unit/functional area by promotion, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Build and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an employee advocate.
Partner closely with operations leaders to address daily workforce needs, providing HR expertise on employee relations, policy administration, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
Drive fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices while managing complex employee relations matters and fostering a positive, people-first work environment.
Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit/functional area.
Consult with business until management in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support the business needs.
Provide guidance on employment law, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues.
Acts as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, employee development and recruiting.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training manager to coach and discipline employees.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establish personal networks, and participate in professional groups.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.

Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
