About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our EMEA zone supply chain finance. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational analytics, and cost optimisation across a diverse and complex region. You will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and deliver sustainable growth.

As the Operations FP&A Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing COGS, capex, and operational KPIs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for transforming data into business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Operations FP&A function for EMEA, setting the vision and strategy for financial planning and analysis.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional priorities.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, including Latest Estimates (LEs), variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Oversee COGS management and analysis, including volume/mix effects, PPV, and obsolescence tracking.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement FP&A teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and Design-to-Value projects.
  • Develop intuitive reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning and compliance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor cash flow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and transparency.
  • Mentorship & Development: Coach local finance teams, building capability in operational analytics and financial modelling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or related field. Certifications in cost accounting or lean financial management are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior finance roles, with strong FP&A expertise and experience in manufacturing/logistics for consumer goods.
  • Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial management software. Power BI and Oracle EPM experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate operational and supply chain data into actionable financial insights, with a strong understanding of cost drivers, efficiency improvements, and logistics performance.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial data and scenarios, providing clear, concise recommendations. Strong leadership in change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and effective collaboration across the organisation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
