The Manufacturing Operations Finance Organization has an immediate need for an Operations Finance Manager to support our Effectors Portfolio Factories located in AZ, NM, AR and AL. In this role you’ll be leading a team of Operations Finance Analysts executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.

While this role supports facilities in different states the work site for this position is Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do

• Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments

• Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of financial analysts.

• Interact with Finance Senior Leadership as well as Functional within Operations.

• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.

• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing Portfolios.

• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

• Experience with SAP / PRISM / Business Warehouse.

• Experience using other Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Program Cost Controls & Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing/production-based environment.

• Direct/indirect leadership experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.

• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.

• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
