What Makes You a Great Fit
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a full-time student residing in Canada who is eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations, process improvement, and HR documentation within a dynamic and evolving organization.
You will work closely with the Entity Operations Manager and contribute to various projects that support our internal operations across multiple entities.
This will be a 12 week internship.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Administrative Support
Assist with the organization and preparation of employment packages.
Provide general administrative support for special projects and company initiatives.
Support the Entity Operations Manager in implementing structural changes (e.g., updating documents, tracking changes, and preparing support materials).
Process Improvement & Learning
Learn and understand internal policies, procedures, and workflows.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and assist in refining documentation practices.
Audit & Documentation
Conduct internal audits on documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Draft and update employment and entity-related documents to support HR operations.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor ongoing project progress and track key milestones.
Assist in compiling reports and documentation to support project tracking and delivery.

Eligibility: Must be a full-time student residing in Canada, a citizen or permanent resident under a student visa (not a work permit).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage administrative tasks.
Proactive and eager to learn about internal operations and contribute to improvements.
Strong attention to detail for conducting audits and ensuring document accuracy.
Comfortable monitoring project timelines and supporting reporting efforts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
