Operations Executive

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role.               

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms, including but not limited to
  online chats, calls and emails

• Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
  

• Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
  

• Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with
  different parties in the fulfilment process – voucher purchase, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  

• Excellent Communication Skills
  

• Ability to listen and empathise with the situation
  

• Good command of spoken and written English and additional languages (Mandarin/Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia) would be a plus
  

• Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
  

• Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Holidays and Weekends)
