Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple business functions while contributing to the smooth execution of operational processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and delivering excellent support to both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
- Support the implementation and adherence of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Identify and escalate operational issues when necessary, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.
