Your tasks
Contract Lifecycle Management:
You'll manage the complete contract lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance services. A key focus is to prevent revenue loss by ensuring all contract terms are met, and all services are accurately invoiced using SAP.
Operations & Logistics:
A primary responsibility is to efficiently schedule and dispatch maintenance visits, coordinating with Field Service Managers to optimize staff allocation and minimize customer downtime. You'll use a machine database to track and manage all equipment, including those under warranty.
Stakeholder Communication:
You'll be the central hub for communication, providing high-level updates to the Life Cycle Service team and other key stakeholders. You'll also create and present regular reports (bi-monthly and monthly) on contract status, progress, and performance.
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
You'll handle all preventive maintenance invoicing( SAP Exposure is must), and assist with vendor registration and machine database management to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Cross functional Support:
Support cross function in case of urgencies and slip into other back office work in case of absence or at times during additional workload
REQUIREMENTSEducation:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
Relevant work-experience:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in a similar position as a Operations Executive
- Work exposure in SAP environment knowledge is must
Language skills:
- Local language(s) – native or fluent (both speaking and writing)
- English – fluent (both speaking and writing)
- English, Kannada, Hindi
