Operations Executive

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive to join our team and help build the operational foundation that will support our rapid growth. Working directly with our Operations Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we run our business across multiple critical functions.

In this role, you will:

• Support financial operations - Partner with our accountants on bookkeeping, VAT returns, and company filings while supporting financial planning, cost optimisation, and investor reporting

• Contribute to privacy and security initiatives - Support SOC-2 implementation, maintain compliance processes, and handle customer security inquiries

• Support people operations - Help run day-to-day processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and IT requests

• Manage office operations - Ensure our team has the resources, tools, and environment needed to do their best work

• Support critical business operations - Handle essential administrative functions including contract management, insurance, and team engagement initiatives

• Provide data-driven insights - Conduct analysis on high-priority projects and translate data into actionable recommendations

Your background looks something like:

• 2 years experience in operations, finance, or consulting roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment

• Degree in STEM, Business, or Finance preferred, with a strong academic track record

• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Are excited to work in-person from our office in London (most of the time)
