Operations Executive

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer candidates to support daily warehouse operations. The role includes picking products accurately, packing orders safely, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring timely dispatch.

• Pick products from shelves/racks as per order details.
  

• Ensure correct SKU selection and quantity accuracy.
  

• Scan items properly using barcode devices (if applicable).
  

• Follow picking routes and productivity targets.
  

• Pack orders safely and neatly as per packaging standards.
  

• Use correct packaging material (boxes, pouches, labels, bubble wrap, etc.).
  

• Check product quality before packing to avoid damages or wrong shipments.
  

• Print and paste shipping labels correctly.
  

• Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.
  

• Organize shelves and maintain product arrangement.
  

• Support inventory counts, cycle checks, and daily stock maintenance.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the warehouse floor.
  

• Hand over packed orders to the dispatch team on time.
  

• Help in segregating orders by courier partner or zone.
  

• Ensure timely completion of daily order targets.
  

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse/fulfilment operations (freshers can apply).
  

• Ability to read order details and follow instructions accurately.
  

• Basic understanding of packaging materials and handling fragile items.
  

• Physically fit to stand, walk, lift lightweight boxes during shifts.
  

• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable with good teamwork skills.
  

• On-site warehouse role.
