WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Handle insurance policy issuance, including generating accurate quotations and preparing cover notes within set timelines.
  • Work closely with customers to gather required documents and ensure a seamless policy issuance process.
  • Carefully review documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely policy activation.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth processing.
  • Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales and renewal targets.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications.
  • Proven hands-on experience in insurance issuance is a must.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-reliance and adaptability to handle responsibilities independently.
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a people management role.
