WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle insurance policy issuance, including generating accurate quotations and preparing cover notes within set timelines.
- Work closely with customers to gather required documents and ensure a seamless policy issuance process.
- Carefully review documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely policy activation.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth processing.
- Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining satisfaction with our products and services.
- Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales and renewal targets.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications.
- Proven hands-on experience in insurance issuance is a must.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-reliance and adaptability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a people management role.
