Responsibilities:- Support ongoing Operations and Engineering projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation
- Assist with automation-related initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity within current operations
- Support project work related to ETO (Engineer-to-Order) inquiries and operational workflows
- Assist with the NSF 61 program setup, including documentation support and coordination with internal teams
- Contribute to the HOU Fast Lane growth model, supporting process improvements and operational scalability
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and tracking tools to support project updates and management reviews
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams on ad hoc improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization concepts (a plus, not required)
