Job description-
Looking for an experienced Cloud Service Lead, focusing on cloud and infrastructure support. This role combines hands-on technical responsibilities with essential shift management tasks. In addition to performing regular support duties, the Shift Lead will oversee service level adherence, maintain team accountability, and serve as the primary point of contact for the team during critical situations.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers to deliver cloud infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
Oversee the cloud engineering team during your shift.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Provide support and guidance to team members.
Handle escalations promptly and effectively.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to prevent downtime.
Create and maintain technical documentation and guides.
Train team members on best practices and new processes.
Work with other teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements.
Ensure cost-efficiency by optimizing resource usage.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
Maintain high-quality standards in all operations.
Technical Experience-
Strong work experience on public cloud services mainly on Cloud VMs, Storage, Shared Storage, Networking , scaling, messaging , and other IaaS and basic idea of PaaS Services.
Any one Cloud Certification would be preferred like AWS Sysops Admin, AWS Cloud Architect – Associate/Professional
Possess good knowledge on CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
Should have hands-on experience in Windows / Linux server basic administration.
Good hand-on with Terraform/Ansible.
Any Coding knowledge preferably in python.
Professional Attributes-
Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.
Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
