Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services. You will be engaged in monitoring operational activities, ensuring that service agreements are met, and managing the delivery of critical systems. Your role requires attentiveness to operational requirements and proactive coordination to maintain system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate should have basic / good troubleshooting knowledge in networking. Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure monitoring, specifically on servers, network, cloud. Needs to handle L1 and L1.5 level of incident, Service request and Change for Network infra (router, switches, Wireless AP, Wireless LAN controller and Meraki appliances).
Candidate should respond immediately on the infrastructure s incidents which comes through event management and provide resolution within the agreed SLA. Needs to coordinate with various internal teams, external vendor, and service provider to fix Infrastructure related Level 1 / L2 incidents and Service Requests. Timely escalation, regular updates to management should be done as on when required. Document the incident, change and problem records in ticketing tools such ServiceNow. Candidate expected to share the daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management for operational activities.
Technical Experience
At least 2 -3 years hands on experience in Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Network infra management.

- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree (B.E, B.Tech or equivalent Degree)
Good to Have:-
CCNA or Microsoft server administration related certifications
Cloud Practsioner or Fundamental Certifications.
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
