Service Operations
• Responsible for assigned scope of operations for IT products & platforms, following defined service management processes such as operational management, information security and service integration services and controls. Ensure business continuity by implementing recovery practices as defined.
• Contributes and/or manages E2E Incident lifecycle cutting across multiple products, teams, and functions in the organization.
- Perform advanced performance optimization and troubleshooting of PDM/PLM, ensuring business-critical services run smoothly.
- Provide L3/advanced support for end-user issues with PDM/PLM products, stepping in where L2 support has been unable to resolve issues.
- Share guidelines and updates on known issues and resolutions with PDM/PLM products to support L2 personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
Generate reports on Problem Management and implement corrective actions for major incidents and recurrence incidents.
- Proven experience with PDM/PLM technologies.
- Strong technical skills in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in providing advanced support for end-user issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to share technical knowledge with support teams.
