The Operations Engineer, Corporate IT, is a key member of the Corporate IT team responsible for maintaining the performance, reliability, and security of Field Nation’s corporate technology environment. This role focuses on the day-to-day monitoring and support of IT systems, applications, conferencing equipment, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for all staff.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with systems management platforms such as Addigy and SureMDM. Responsibilities include resolving help desk tickets via Jira Service Desk, supporting corporate applications like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, and Slack, and enforcing security best practices across all systems.
This role also plays a critical part in IT lifecycle management by preparing, deploying, and decommissioning corporate computer systems. The Operations Engineer, Corporate IT, will work collaboratively with other Corporate IT staff to implement new technologies, drive process improvements, and support scalable, secure IT operations in a hybrid work environment.
What you’ll do:
Monitor and maintain the health and availability of IT systems, applications, conferencing equipment, and networks.
Work with corporate computer system management software (Addigy, SureMDM) to perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring computer system updates and patching.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
Collaborate with other BD Corporate IT staff to implement and support new IT projects.
Support and help administer corporate applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, and Slack.
Ensure security best practices and policies are followed in all operations.
Prepare corporate computer systems for deployment to staff and follow lifecycle policies when corporate computer systems come out of service.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with systems management platforms (e.g., Addigy, SureMDM).
- Proficiency in administering corporate applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Okta to do tasks such as password and MFA resets, assigning licensing, and group assignments.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk).
- Understanding of network infrastructure and conferencing equipment.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and policies.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in and support a hybrid work environment.

Salary Range:
- BDT 55,000 - 70,000 (Monthly)
