About Care Crisis Response Services (CCRS):
CCRS is a 24/7 crisis center offering suicide prevention/intervention, crisis counseling, and professional consultation. We support communities by providing crisis intervention services, behavioral health evaluations, and referrals to appropriate resources. CCRS operates regional and 988 crisis lines throughout Washington State, fostering a culture of inclusion in alignment with our core values: respect, unity, integrity, stewardship, and empathy.
General Function:
This full-time, salaried position is responsible for the administrative operations of the behavioral health programs. This position collaboratively develops program strategies with the team of directors, manages contracts and deliverables. This position will assist with program budgets and support the strategic direction of behavioral health programs including proposals for funding and grant opportunities. The Operations Director will oversee compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
Principal Activities:
• Oversee the administrative operations of the behavioral health department
• Provide supervision and performance management functions for direct reports
• Work with the Finance team to formulate strategic and operational program objectives
• Collaborate with the senior leadership of the department to develop strategic initiatives and be accountable for the tactical deliverables and successful implementation of these projects
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure optimal program performance, contract, and regulatory compliance
• Perform program evaluations and monitor contractual KPIs
• Oversee the development and monitoring of program budgets and contracts, including audits and accreditation reviews
• In collaboration with the management and Finance team, identify, write, and deliver proposals for new funding/grant opportunities
• Stay up to date on changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in agency, regional and national work groups, and committees
• Duties and projects as assigned

QualificationsRequirements:
• A master’s degree in business administration, accounting, non-profit management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in a director role
• Strong experience with Federal grants and contracts
Required Skills:
• High attention to detail and strong technical writing skills to convey information effectively in a professional manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines, both individually and for a large team
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with funders and community partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
