In this role, you will:
- Define requirements and frameworks that enable Zoox to leverage strategic partnerships for rapid city deployments.
- Drive flexible site developments with a focus on integration speed and growing service capabilities across the partner real estate network.
- Spearhead joint development initiatives, serving as the primary operational link between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of new sites and infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate strategic external networks and partners to support specialized fleet requirements, driving expansion strategies that accelerate market entry/expansion speed.
- Standardize operational execution by establishing scalable SOPs, allowing Zoox to replicate successful infrastructure models as we grow our geographic footprint.
- Ensure long-term operational excellence across our partner network by implementing rigorous performance metrics and SLAs to guarantee safety, quality, and maximum fleet uptime.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, operations management, environmental studies, or equivalent. 6+ years of experience in operations strategy, joint development, or scaling physical infrastructure within mobility, logistics, or autonomous technology.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex operational integrations or strategic partnerships from ideation through successful launch.
- Experience translating highly technical or specialized operational requirements into actionable deployment blueprints and performance SLAs.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, specifically bridging the gap between external partners and internal operations, engineering, and product teams.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to build quantitative operational models evaluating various scaling strategies and infrastructure investments.
