Your Role:

  • Learn and support the development of custom reporting solutions and data workflows using Birst, Dremio, Superset, and other BI tools.
  • Work with senior team members to implement SQL/MariaDB queries, stored procedures, and schema designs for user data management, reporting, and basic integrations.
  • Assist in automating data processes using tools like SSIS (or similar ETL technologies); help maintain smooth data transfers and transformations across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and enhance processes.
  • Engage in basic RESTful API integrations and testing (e.g., using Postman), with guidance from experienced engineers.
  • Contribute to documentation, learning best practices for system architecture, data handling, and secure file transfers (e.g., FTP, PGP).
  • Receive mentorship and training to grow into more advanced areas such as Java microservices, performance tuning, and enterprise-grade integrations.
  • Adhere to Intradiem’s and customers’ change management processes while following company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, CIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Recent graduates, interns, or self-taught learners with solid foundational skills are welcome.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MariaDB).
  • Willingness to explore tools such as SSIS, Birst, Dremio, Superset, and to master ETL/ELT processes over time.
  • Exposure to scripting or coding in any language, along with an interest in working with RESTful APIs; comfort using tools like Postman is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze issues, think logically, and collaborate with peers or mentors to arrive at solutions.
  • Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, ask questions proactively, and share ideas.
  • Familiarity with file transfer and encryption (FTP, PGP).
  • Interest or experience in Java microservices for backend development and system automation.
  • Experience with contact center environments, SaaS-based solutions, or cloud platforms is a plus, but not required. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with business and technical teams, gather requirements, and address issues in a timely manner.
