Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and maintain operational data from multiple systems and teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to support data integrity and accessibility.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze operational performance data to detect trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with clear insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
- Track and report on key operational metrics and KPIs across inventory, logistics, procurement, production, and service delivery.
- Measure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and refine operational processes.
- Evaluate the impact of process changes and improvement projects on performance outcomes.
- Assist in developing SOPs and performance frameworks based on data trends.
- Analyze historical data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Provide analytical input for budgeting, target-setting, and operational planning.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with operations, finance, procurement, logistics, and other departments on strategic and operational projects.
