A role you will love
As a Georgeson Administration Assistant, you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support that keeps the business running smoothly day to day. This is a hands‑on, varied role where your attention to detail, organisation skills, and proactive mindset will truly make a difference.

Acting as a key connector across the broader Georgeson Australia team, you’ll help enable seamless workflows and effective collaboration. You’ll be trusted to provide a high standard of administrative support, contribute to project planning activities, and support operational delivery—ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Beyond day‑to‑day coordination, you’ll also support the achievement of broader business objectives and project outcomes. Maintaining exceptional organisation and coordination standards, you’ll take a forward‑looking approach, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery, and driving greater efficiencies across the team.

What will you bring to the role?
You will bring proven experience providing high‑quality administrative support within professional, fast‑paced environments. You are highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, ensuring daily activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Calendar management, event coordination, and logistics support
You have hands‑on experience coordinating complex calendars, arranging meetings across multiple stakeholders, and supporting internal and external events. This includes managing bookings, venues, travel arrangements, and related logistics, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.

Advanced capability across the Microsoft Office suite
You are confident using Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to support daily operations. From preparing professional documents and presentations to managing schedules and tracking information, you leverage these tools to enhance productivity and communication.

Salesforce experience
You have practical experience working with Salesforce, supporting data entry, reporting, and record maintenance. You understand the importance of data accuracy and integrity, and you use CRM systems to support operational workflows and informed decision‑making.

Document management and version control
You are experienced in handling sensitive documentation, applying consistent naming conventions, maintaining version control, and ensuring files are stored and shared correctly. You understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in document management processes.

Exposure to the capital markets environment
You bring experience working within, or supporting teams in, the capital markets or a related financial services environment. You understand the importance of deadlines, governance, confidentiality, and precision, and you are comfortable operating in a highly regulated, detail‑driven industry.
