Role OverviewWe’re seeking an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are available across all platforms, including DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily operations and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure inventory is in stock across all sales platforms.
Assist with order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Collaborate with the team to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
Monitor and report on inventory levels and product availability.
1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop is a plus
No educational requirements; just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation: $20-$25/hr
Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays (off on all holidays)
Company-wide closure (Dec. 23 - January 2nd) to spend time with loved ones
