We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful Operations Coordinator to lead our operational roll-out across Zimbabwe. You must be willing to travel frequently, adapt quickly, and take full ownership of on-the-ground execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating all cash-in-transit (CIT) partners to ensure timely and secure collections.
- Managing the importation of JabuSafe machines and other equipment.
- Organizing and overseeing installations at customer sites.
- Arranging transport and logistics of equipment across Zimbabwe.
- Onboarding and training new clients during go-live.
- Solving problems as they arise – from technical hiccups to client concerns.
- Leading field teams and setting the standard for operational excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven leader who can work independently.
- Someone extremely practical and solutions-driven.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or deployments is a plus.
