Are you interested in providing Program support for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services Division? You will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. The Coordinator will be part of the Program Operations team and work with a cross-functional team of program management, outreach, and technical personnel as well as actively apply consulting skills to project delivery, strategy, and market development efforts.

What you will be doing:
Documenting operational processes and implementing streamlined processes where applicable
Maintaining and updating shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials
Helping to develop process improvements and/or automation
Assisting with data collection and data analysis
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management
Assisting in preparation of internal and client deliverables, including submission of invoices to eTrack
Solving quantitative and qualitative problems
Coordinating and collaborating with program implementation team members as well as other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Customer Care
Ensuring key performance indicators are met by continuous review of operational success.
Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Technology, Environment, or related subject)
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office highly preferred (specifically Excel)
Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-orientation skills
Ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly
Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communications
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Energy efficiency program implementation experience
Strong quantitative/analytical skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
