The Associate Industry Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives for the Engineered Materials business across the Americas. This entry-level role partners with cross-functional teams to help translate business priorities into marketing activities, supporting go-to-market execution, content development, and stakeholder coordination. The position is based in the United States with a hybrid work model (preferred in Northbrook or Chicago) and is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to build foundational experience in B2B and industry marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of marketing plans and go-to-market initiatives for the Americas region
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign activities
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and strategic account engagement
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Help track marketing performance and support reporting activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience
Internship experience in marketing, communications, or business is a plus - Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear messaging - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Strong interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $54,900 to $73,100 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
