The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to be responsible for overall engagement with the banks we work with and identifying obstacles that may affect the success of implementing our Fintech solution: Foodics Pay, easily and smoothly for our customers. In this role, you are expected to be present on the premises of our partner banks and handle the terminal management system (TMS) and merchant profiling/registration and updates; at the same time, you will act as the single point of contact for all POS vendors and partners to control and monitor their performance and support to our existing customer, to accomplish installation and maintenance requests within SLA.
What Will You Do❓
- Be available daily in the banks and handle the assigned customer resignations using relevant systems - you will be trained in that.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the bank and within the internal operations team
- Responsible for all the activities related to the terminal management system (TMS) and merchant profiling
- Ensure the data integrity and resolve issues related to TMS.
- Constant communication, daily follow-ups on customer installation and maintenance requests, and pullout activities with the vendor and Support team.
- Ensure the daily tickets are solved within the agreed SLA.
- Process amendments or changes to the existing merchant credentials
- Prompt response to emails and establish proper follow-up with stakeholders
- Daily Maintenance/Installation report – Data accuracy and frequency are maintained per the bank agreement.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Good knowledge of banking operations, specifically of TMS (Terminal Management System – SAMA)
- Good knowledge of SAMA regulations, SLA, and MADA branding rules related to POS business.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Bank Coordinator
- Good skills in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid time-management skills & should be focused on automation and workflow improvements.
- Good command of English and Arabic is a must.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Important note: This role is open to fresh graduates with great attention to detail, good networking skills, and a willingness to acquire relevant SAMA and Banking processes.
