  • Collect and maintain logistics and supply chain data to support sustainability, ESG, and EPR reporting.

  • Assist with sustainability reporting, life cycle assessments (LCAs), and customer or regulatory disclosures.

  • Support project management activities, including product launches and manufacturer onboarding.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.

  • Manage general office supplies, coordinate facility needs, and support office protocols.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

  • You enjoy problem-solving and investigating issues until they’re fully resolved.

  • You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

  • You communicate clearly and thoughtfully with customers, carriers, and internal partners.

  • You value accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.

  • You’re excited by Patagonia Provisions’ mission and motivated by work that supports better food systems.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

  • 2–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or order management.

  • Experience in CPG highly desired

  • Experience working with ERP and order-entry systems, EDI platforms, and customer portals.

  • Background in freight coordination, shipping documentation, or transportation logistics.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience managing, analyzing and reporting operational data.

  • Familiarity with inventory management, forecasting support, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Experience managing customer inquiries and resolving order or delivery issues.
