Develops and implements strategies to support the department's goals and objectives. Communicates effectively and able to lead individuals and/or large teams in the accomplishment of set goals. Provides direction and collaborates with, but not limited to, colleagues in Finance, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Safety, Information Technology to meet departmental needs. Supports the clinical practice in assessing needs while developing appropriate dashboards, data reports, and other metric measurement documentation to meet these needs. Provides organizational support and coordination of projects that support overall strategies of the department/division. Assess effectiveness through external benchmarking. Provides leadership and takes initiative in strategic planning efforts. Serves as a department representative on various department and institutional committees. Independent judgments as well as team decision-making are essential in making this position successful.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
Three years relevant clinical experience.

Previous experience and/or exposure to the department’s processes and practice, systems and reporting is preferred.
