What You’ll Drive
- Oversee venue selection (virtual/physical), vendor procurement, master scheduling, and budget allocation.
- Liaise with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts to sequence curriculum and finalize materials.
- Drive attendee onboarding workflows, real-time troubleshooting, and post-bootcamp engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven background in event organization, training logistics, or bootcamp operations.
- Track record of achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from participants.
- Ability to execute 100% of bootcamp sessions on schedule while adhering strictly to budget limits with zero unapproved overruns.
