Job Responsibilities
- Supports day‑to‑day activities and deliverables aligned to team goals, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicates status updates, escalates issues when needed, and maintains clear documentation/records to support smooth execution
- Assists in preparing reports, trackers, and basic analyses to help stakeholders make informed decisions
- Coordinates with internal partners to gather requirements, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of requests
- Learns and applies internal tools, policies, and procedures; adheres to required controls, quality standards, and compliance expectations
- Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of agreed changes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes, with training and support provided
- Basic problem-solving skills and the confidence to ask questions and escalate concerns when needed
- Able to manage tasks, stay organized, and meet agreed deadlines with guidance from the team
- Good communication skills (written and verbal); any experience from school projects, internships, org work, or part-time roles is a plus
- Amenable and committed to working onsite in BGC and following US business hours
