What's the role?
In this position, you’ll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay!
Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools.
This position is full-time and long-term.
You'll be responsible for
- Owning the successful completion of operations projects.
- Following established processes and delivering consistent results.
- Achieve and consistently exceed project goals.
- Manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Fluency in English speaking
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- You are a fresh graduate
- You have an eye for detail and you're methodical with your work.
- You're well-organized and process-oriented.
- Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
- Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- You're a team player, but also able to work independently.
- You're tech-savvy.
