What you’ll do : As an Operations Associate, you will play a leading role at Thrive, Sword’s core vertical, and be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Building detailed dashboards with high data integrity to monitor business performance on a daily basis
- Designing and implementing new processes and training standards to elevate program quality and consistency
- Owning our main member engagement KPIs and striving to achieve our ambitious goals with grit and perseverance
- Shaping our strategy to take our program’s effectiveness to the next level
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Customer Success, to align operations strategies with organizational goals
About you
- A background in a highly quantitative field, such as engineering, data analytics, mathematics or economics
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, banking or a fast-growing startup
- Extensive experience on Looker, SQL and Google Sheets and, ideally, in programming
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects with cross-functional teams, delivering measurable impact
- A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Sound critical-thinking, sharp analytical ability and clear communication skills
- A proactive, self-start attitude that allows you to drive change independently
