What you'll be doing:
- Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning;
- Support the growth organization in tactical campaigns designed to increase revenue and improve operational performance;
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations;
- Plan and coordinate key growth meetings, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams;
- Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency;
- Serve as a key contributor to the performance management and development of initiatives aimed at expanding Sword Health’s market presence and client reach.
What you need to have:
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights;
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient decision-making;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic goals;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
