Job Purpose
The Operations Associate is responsible for performing various tasks such as planning, providing support and coordinating to ensure smooth daily operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) *- Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and production operations.
- Support development and maintenance of accurate reporting systems to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. This includes RTS and ECR reporting.
- Assists in panel shop operations by performing configuration of panels based on specifications, production scheduling, NC logging, purchase request processing and customer delivery coordination.
- Manage inventory levels for the production (panel shop) and warehouse, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.
- Support receiving, processing and staging incoming shipments for production. This includes picking parts for production, sales and transfers.
- Assist with planning and coordinating operation projects.
- Support production and warehouse operations by providing coverage where is needed and handling ad hoc tasks.
- Responsible for production close outs and production admin- related tasks such as ticket printing and managing travelers.
- Other duties as assigned, needed or required.
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in warehousing and production
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and P21
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot when necessary
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail is required
Skills Required
