About the role:

Curri is looking for an Operations Associate, Specialty Onboarding to ensure we consistently bring on the highest-quality specialty drivers and carrier partners — quickly, reliably, and at scale. This role owns the end-to-end onboarding process for specialty vehicle types, sales-driven onboarding requests, and high-value customer workflows.You will play a critical role in strengthening Curri’s supply network in our most important markets and enterprise customer programs, ensuring the right driver shows up, prepared and on time, every time.

What you will do:

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle for specialty drivers and carrier teams across priority vehicle types and strategic customer programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to prioritize and fulfill urgent specialty onboarding requests.
  • Ensure drivers are activated quickly and meet Curri’s quality, readiness, and customer-specific standards.
  • Build, document, and maintain repeatable SOPs, playbooks, and quality controls to support scalable specialty onboarding.
  • Reduce onboarding cycle times from request to activation through process optimization and automation.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding funnel and implement practical, scalable improvements.
  • Use data and metrics to continuously improve throughput, quality, and driver readiness.
  • Manage and mentor external vendor and BPO partners responsible for high-volume onboarding execution.
  • Operationalize workflows across vendors to ensure consistency, speed, and quality at scale.
  • Invest in strong relationships with key drivers and carrier partners to support long-term growth and retention.

What you need to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong operational ownership with a bias toward action and independent execution.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build SOPs, playbooks, and scalable operational processes.
  • Comfort using data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or BPO partners.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
