Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Improving and creating internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supporting the team with analytical thinking, data-based solutions, and optimized processes.
  • Contributing to the development of an efficient B2B business relationship.
  • Owning and proactively working on projects to drive growth by improving partners’ performance through strong analysis and regular quality and satisfaction checks.
  • Collaborating in a dynamic environment and working across teams and departments. Aligning with all departments to ensure smooth operations, including gear management, performance management, accounting, and legal topics.
  • Meeting internal targets and delivering results.
  • Developing and managing successful projects.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Driving growth and revenue by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Working together with the wider operations team on various projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Creating solutions and materials to increase efficiency and integration across teams.
  • Managing and taking ownership of B2B communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
  • Supporting key processes, including bi-monthly payouts and compliance audits, to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Participating in quality assurance and fraud management activities, upholding the integrity of operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit different audiences.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and with a hands-on attitude.
  • Fantastic communication skills, comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers and stakeholders, and adapting approaches accordingly.
  • Experience in account management, customer success management, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; other languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel or Looker is a plus.
