Summary/Function:
Administration of proxy voting process, voting request escalation and reporting to the Proxy Voting Committee, and record retention.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or three years related office experience
• Experience with office machines (fax, copier, adding machine, etc.)
• Proficient use of computer programs; experience with Microsoft Excel a necessity
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Duties:
• Daily proxy maintenance which includes voting, adding, and deleting new and closed accounts and keeping records of all ballots received as well as supervision of the prospectus mailings on all mutual fund purchases.
• Provide backup for Managed Assets Data Reconciliation Clerk as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
