We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.
We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform.
We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Associate to support the daily workflows across Famous and Amplify. You’ll play a key role in handling inbound requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring campaigns move forward smoothly—right from early interest to final delivery.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years in an operational or coordination role
- Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
- Requirements: Must have personal laptop and smartphone
Responsibilities
- Creator & Brand Coordination
- Manage inbound questions and requests from creators and brands
- Route tickets to the right stakeholders (e.g., support, delivery, payments)
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups through CRM and support tools
- Campaign Execution Support
- Monitor order/campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up on missing briefs, creator approvals, or pending actions
- Proactively escalate blockers to ensure smooth delivery
- Internal Ops & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records in internal dashboards and tools
- Share daily updates and highlight risks or trends to the ops team
- Flag repeated issues and help refine internal playbooks
- Cross-Team Communication
- Collaborate with POCs from support, delivery, and payments
- Coordinate handovers between teams to avoid delays or miscommunication
Requirements
- 1–2 years in operations, support, or coordination roles (marketplace, tech, or media background a plus)
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, ticketing tools, and CRM systems
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and proactive tone
- Highly organized, with a bias for action and accountability
- Reliable internet, work setup, and time management for remote workflows
Good to Have
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, Exotel, CleverTap, or similar tools
- Understanding of basic delivery operations, KYC processes, or campaign tracking
