Position Summary:
Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to Inbound
• Ensuring that all shipments are packed securely and correctly 
• physically Reviewing the contents of all incoming shipments
• Labelling shipping items correctly 
• Assisting in inventory audits 
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects 
• Knowledge of the safety precautions and guidelines 
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
• Assist Operation Supervisors in ensuring accurate tasks execution
• Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on the warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse / supply chain management is advantage

• Comfortable to works in warehouse setting
• Experience in handling reach-truck, license for forklift is favourable
• Warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Detailed, IT literate with proficiency in SAP, and Microsoft Office applications would be an advantage.
• Fast-paced environment.
• Possess valid Forklift Driving License
• Physically fit. Able to lift up to 25KG
• Good attendance and attitude

Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are routine with clearly defined solutions. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Possesses moderate understanding of general aspects of job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year general experience. 1 year functional experience strongly desired. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
