JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant & Operations Specialist to provide exceptional administrative, operational, and communications support across the APAC region. This is a pivotal role for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and enabling leadership impact.

•    Responsible for providing administrative, operational and communications support to the organization.
•    Ability to execute highly complex or specialized work.
•    Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.
•    Works independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Serve as a trusted partner to the APAC Ethics & Compliance Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. 
•    Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting coordination across multiple time zones. 
•    Prepare executive-level documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism. 
•    Oversee office operations and regional administrative processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. 
•    Act as a communications liaison, supporting internal messaging and stakeholder engagement. 
•    Analyze complex information requests, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 
•    Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt processes to deliver results efficiently.
•    Experience: 8–10+ years in executive support, operations, or a similar senior administrative role. 
•    Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 
•    Tech-savvy: Proficiency in modern office tools and digital collaboration platforms. 
•    Mindset: Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with strong judgment and discretion. 
•    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in business administration or Compliance preferred.
