We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized individual to support the day-to-day operations of our growing HR consulting and training business.
The Operations Assistant will play a key role in managing inquiries, supporting program coordination, assisting with recruitment operations, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and participants.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, responsive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, HR consulting, and professional training programs.
Client & Inquiry Management
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from WhatsApp and other channels
- Provide accurate information about services, programs, and opportunities
- Follow up with prospective clients and program participants
- Escalate complex or high-value inquiries appropriately
- Support communication with training participants
- Send reminders, updates, and joining instructions
- Assist with coordination of cohort groups and program logistics
- Track registrations and confirmations
- Post roles on job platforms and recruitment systems
- Maintain candidate records and applicant trackers
- Assist with candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling
- Maintain organized records and business trackers
- Assist with scheduling meetings and internal coordination
- Support day-to-day operational activities across the organization
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC (posted to Lagos)
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to create basic presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support work tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fast response time and strong sense of accountability

Benefits
