Kronospan is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our MDF and Particleboard teams as Operations Apprentices.

In order to continue our success we are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Apprentice. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience alongside your academic qualification, whilst learning from industry professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Assist with various production tasks, learning the process from start to finish.
- Learn the principles of efficient production processes and equipment operation.
- Develop strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Build teamwork and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
- Gain exposure to different aspects of the production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.
- The successful candidates will undertake an apprenticeship programme, undertaking a BTEC Level 3 qualification in engineering, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Process Industry Operations via the local college.
- A minimum 5 A-C grades at GCSE, including Math's, English and Science.
- A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
