Growth Operations Specialist – JDAbout the Role
We are looking for a Growth Operations Specialist who sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing lifecycle management, lead/prospect operations, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), landing pages, forms, and email/newsletter campaigns and decent Salesforce CRM knowledge.
You will help ensure that marketing campaigns and lead-generation programs are executed smoothly, data flows accurately between marketing and sales systems, and prospects move efficiently through the marketing and sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lifecycle Operations
- Manage and support the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from lead capture and qualification through nurturing, MQL, SQL, and handoff to sales.
- Build and maintain lead nurturing journeys, segmentation, engagement programs, and lifecycle workflows.
- Monitor lead movement through the funnel and identify gaps, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support campaign execution across email, landing pages, forms, and other digital channels.
Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Create and manage Pardot landing pages, forms, form handlers, email templates, and engagement programs.
- Configure and maintain prospect lists, segmentation, scoring, grading, and automation rules.
- Monitor campaign and prospect activity and troubleshoot issues related to forms, tracking, automation, and lead routing.
- Maintain marketing assets and ensure consistent naming, tagging, tracking, and campaign attribution.
Lead & Prospect Management
- Manage the lead lifecycle and prospect database, ensuring leads are captured, enriched, segmented, nurtured, and routed appropriately.
- Monitor lead quality, duplicates, data completeness, and lead-source attribution.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to define and maintain MQL/SQL criteria and lead handoff processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce leakage across the funnel.
Salesforce Operations
- Have a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, particularly Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate synchronization and data flow between Pardot and Salesforce.
- Support sales and marketing teams with campaign data, lead status, attribution, and basic reporting.
- Troubleshoot common CRM/marketing automation issues and coordinate with relevant teams when deeper technical support is required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, demand generation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing lifecycle and lead management processes.
- Experience working with landing pages, forms, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and the relationship between Salesforce and Pardot.
- Strong understanding of lead stages, MQL/SQL definitions, lead scoring, segmentation, and sales handoffs.
- Ability to work with marketing and sales teams and translate business requirements into operational workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data quality, campaign setup, tracking, and QA.
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics and basic reporting/analytics.
