- Attend forecast calls to identify and understand key priorities for the week, month, and quarter.
- Accountable for weekly commit operationalization, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Channel, Engineering, Finance, IT, Customer Service) to supervise progress and drive required actions.
- Prepare "Sneak Peek" reports for the respective Theatre and Segment during critical period-ends.
- Provide field/customer operations advisory, enablement, and change management regarding tools, policies, and processes.
