Operations Analyst

The Job:

• Execute data processing, contract activation/deactivation, invoicing and payment processes, and report any deviations to identify areas for improvement.

• Take part in implementing pricing strategy changes decided by management.

• Participate in monitoring and compliance with the department's SLAs and performance KPIs.

• Participate in the implementation of solutions aimed at improving the department's performance and the efficiency and security of our operational processes and exchanges with the market.

• Participate in projects aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction.

• Produce analytical and control reports.

• Participate in operational discussions with the various market players: network operators, regulators, suppliers, etc.

• Participate in maintaining regulatory compliance of our processes and procedures.

• Centralize irregularities in our various tools and interact with our IT partners to find solution.

• Run queries on our databases and format the results.

• Assist management in its tasks and in the development of the department.

• Academic : You hold a Master’s degree.

• Skills :

  • You are analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy solving complex problems

  • You have proficiency with Office and Excel and have good knowledge in SQL.

  • You are rigorous, efficient, self-taught and curious. . You are autonomous and proactive.

  • You like working in a team.

• Bonus : knowledge of the Belgian energy market and telecommunication sectors, along with some programming skills, is a plus.

• Language : You are fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge in English.
