Manage and grow Mega’s B2B energy customer portfolio across Flanders through new business acquisition, account development, retention, and commercial partnerships. The role involves pipeline and forecast management, sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving sales, margin, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth targets. Candidates need at least three years of relevant B2B sales or account management experience, native-level Dutch, English proficiency, and strong business development skills.

Drive scalable B2B2C partnerships across Belgium for energy and telecom offerings. Identify partners, negotiate commercial agreements, design acquisition offers and funnels, coordinate internal launches, and optimize partner performance. Manage business cases, pricing, CAC, ROI, and KPIs while building long-term relationships and representing the company at industry events and partner meetings.

Leads the development organization as its technical authority, setting architecture standards, resolving technical trade-offs, validating estimates, and improving delivery quality through testing, code review, CI/CD, and KPIs. Manages, mentors, recruits, and retains engineers while remaining hands-on in architecture and coding. Establishes responsible AI-assisted development practices and communicates technical decisions and constraints to business stakeholders and founders.

Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams by gathering requirements, writing user stories and functional specifications, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing the backlog, supporting agile ceremonies, analyzing process impacts, contributing to QA validation, and collaborating with UX/UI designers. The role also monitors specification and test quality while ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Own and optimize Mega's Zendesk AI ecosystem to automate customer interactions. Design conversation flows and escalation paths, maintain the AI knowledge base, analyze interactions for friction and business impact, run experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve AI resolution rate and AI CSAT.

Lead brand strategy and execute 360° ATL/BTL brand and commercial campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage production of creative assets, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, track KPIs and campaign performance, analyze market insights, and support product launches, events, sponsorships and brand activations to maximize impact and ROI.

As a Senior AI-Augmented Full-Stack Developer at Mega, you will build and maintain applications using Laravel and Vue.js, integrating AI tools into the development process, while ensuring quality through ownership of features and promoting an engineering culture that embraces AI.
